The Conflict and Communication Center of the Ozarks is an organization based in Springfield, Missouri, dedicated to providing free or affordable services to individuals and organizations in need of guidance, support, intervention, and/or education concerning conflicts and disputes.  We recognize that individuals, families, institutions, and local communities suffer from conflicts that can be transformed and/or engaged in healthier, safer, and more productive ways.  It is therefore our commitment to offer services such as mediation, conferencing, consultation, and training within Springfield and neighboring counties, that may contribute to more resilient and peaceful individuals, families, and communities.
